You know that feeling of the sun shining down on your face as you breathe in crisp, cool air? That feels good because it is good FOR you. As adults, we are somewhat forced to spend more time in doors than outdoors. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be scheduling time to get outside regularly. ESPECIALLY if you have kiddos at home. They are always watching what you as the parent are doing and they will follow your lead. Get outside and watch your kids follow!
