We are the only gym that cares as much about your personal development as your physical fitness. We prove this by ending each class with meditation that focuses on personal growth. We also have a book of the month prescribed each month that is sure to take your development to the next level. And to top it off, we also have our own podcast that covers an array of relatable topics sure to help you inside and outside of the gym.

Our Classes

 We offer two types of classes. Boxing, Barbell, and Boxing/Barbell combined. No matter the class you choose to attend, you are sure to learn, sweat, and have a great time. Whether you are an elite athlete or just joining us to get off the couch and move, our class is structured to cater your skill and fitness level.
