Hey, I’m Julia Smith, the owner of The Box. I’ve worked in gyms for years, and I’ve seen how fitness can straight up change someone’s life. It’s not just about workouts or routines; it’s about doing the stuff you didn’t think you could and realizing that’s kind of the point.

I’m all about movement. CrossFit, hiking, climbing, or anything that makes me question my life choices mid-workout. The gym has always been my outlet. It’s where I’ve built confidence, community, and grit, and I want The Box to be that same space for everyone who walks through the door.

What I work for is to make The Box a place where people work hard, laugh often, and leave feeling better than when they came in. No fluff, no ego, just real people putting in real effort and getting stronger in every way. Whether you’re chasing big goals or just trying to survive burpees without swearing, you’re part of this crew.

Program Description

Enhance your strength and form with our dedicated Olympic Weightlifting class, available exclusively with the All-Access Pass. Each session is structured to improve technique, strength, and explosive power under the guidance of our experienced coaches.


Ideal for both beginners and seasoned lifters, this specialized class will help teach you the olympic lifts: the clean and jerk, and snatch – and how to execute them safely and effectively.
